To order gases or accessories click on the "order form", either the printable webpage or the down loadable Acrobat PDF file, which can then be printed off-line.  Complete the form and fax the completed, signed form to 1-972-985-3252 with your credit card information or billing information.  Accounts wishing to be invoiced should include banking and trade credit references. Please remember to include an email address as well as phone number so that you can be contacted if there are questions.

Freight is prepaid and added to the merchandise total.  Credit card accounts are charged after shipment.
