Gasco Calibration Gas Cylinders
Technical Details

Gasco calibration gases are available in the new 44, 66 and 116 liter ecosmart™ refillable cylinders and offer significant cost savings over the life of the cylinders. Traditional disposable cylinders are available with 10, 17, 34, 58, 74, 103, 221 and 552 liter capacities.

Refillable cylinders have a 5 year service life and can be refilled as often as needed providing there is no damage to the cylinder.

Refill Procedure for Refillable Cylinders

• Completely empty / vent the cylinder
• Remove the product label from the cylinder, revealing an "EMPTY" label
• Ship to Gasco's plant via Fedex or UPS. (If the original shipping container is used remove or cover the original label )

• Place a Purchase Order with us for refill with original calibration gas (each cylinder has a serial number associated with the customer, original service date, fill gas and the distributor who initiated the original shipment). We will be contacted by Gasco requesting instructions if they receive a cylinder without a corresponding PO from us.

Recycle Disposable Cylinders

As a customer service Gasco will recyle empty disposable cylinders returned to the plant in Oldsmar, Florida. Completely empty / vent the cylinder, mark it as empty and ship it to the Gasco plant at the above address. Include with the shipment instuctions that the returned cylinder is to be recycled. There is no charge for this service.
