Bios DryCal Defender 510, 520 and 530 Primary Standard Flow Calibrators
The Bios DryCal Defenders are true Primary Standard calibrators using dry-piston technology. Defenders provide ±1% flow measurement accuracy at flow rates from 5 ml/min to 30 L/min. The Defender 520 also records temperature and atmospheric pressure for use in calculating flow rates at standard (or other specified) conditions later. The Defender 530 calculates flow rates at standard conditions (STP). All can download their data to preformatted Excel spreadsheets using included Integrator 110 and Optimizer Collect Light software.
The Defender 510, 520 and 530 can take hands-free continuous readings while flow rates of air sampling pumps or other instruments are quickly and accurately set.

- Bios Defender 520 "three-in-one" to calibrate volumetric instruments, record ambient temperature and pressure conditions for the audit trail, or to calibrate devices that read in mass flow;
- Bios Defender 530, for both volumetric flow readings or standardized readings, which correct for temperature and pressure, or to calibrate devices that read in mass flow,.

Bios Integrator 110 and Optimizer Software
|
The Defender 510, 520 and 530 come standard with the Bios Integrator 110 and Optimizer Collect Light software for bullet-proof transfer of an ASCII text file of flow data into an ExcelŽ spread sheet with automatic recording and graphing of flow measurements. The Optimizer Collect software
helps to meet the needs of ISO, TQM, or occupational health and
safety management systems by providing a secure audit trail for
all pump calibrations, regardless of the pump type or manufacturer. |

Collect SoftwareThe Bios Optimizer Collect Light software allows users to download data directly to a Microsoft ExcelŽ preconfigured Spreadsheet.for easier collection, storage and record-keeping.
Optimizer Collect light is upgradeable to a full version of Collect by purchasing an Activation code from Bios for automatic multi-point calibration of MFC/MFM using DryCal and Integrator 110. The upgrade to the Bios Optimizer Collect full version allows the user to not only capture, but secure, organize, search and present data. It stores the records in a small but secure SQL database. These records can also be easily opened in a variety of off-the-shelf database applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access. |
