The Biosystems IQ Express is the perfect complement to Biosystems' ToxiPro and ToxiLtd personal gas detectors. The IQ Express is a fully automated bump test station that performs up to eight critical tests including:

  • Sensor Identification
  • Battery Test
  • Audible Alarm Test
  • Visual Alarm Test
  • Vibrating Alarm Test (if applicable)
  • Fresh Air Calibration
  • Bump Test
  • Record Keeping

If the instrument fails the bump test, the IQ Express will automatically initiate a full span calibration without further intervention from the user.  Total processing time with a full span calibration is still under one minute*.

*O2, CO and H2S Models.   Other sensor types may take longer.

Improve Compliance and Record Keeping Efficiency

Just place the in the dock and the IQ Express Station does the rest.  The IQ Express is cost effective and requires no testing or special clerical skills to use.  Workers can check their instruments quickly and easily, minimizing the impact on their work schedule.

USB Connection

The IQ Express connects to your PC via USB to download instrument data.  To make testing even easier, you can connect up to 4 IQ Express Stations to a single PC and even run them off the same cylinder of calibration gas (as long as the units have the same type of sensor).

Standard and Enhanced Versions

The IQ Express can be configured in two ways: Standard versions of the IQ Express Dock are capable of processing instruments containing the following sensor types: O2, CO, H2S and SO2.  Enhanced versions of the IQ Express Dock are capable of processing instruments with all of the sensors listed above plus ToxiPro instruments with Cl2, NO2, NH3, HCN and PH3 sensors.
