Travel Panel 50MP Breathing Air Purification System

The Travelpanel 50R Breathing air system Biosystem's TravelPanel 50MP is a portable air filtration system for purification of compressed breathing air - removes water, oil, and particulates as small as 0.01 microns, organic substances and odors, providing Grade-D breathing air for 1 to 4 workers using supplied air respirators. The TravelPanel 50MP can supply 50 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of purified air and regulates the outlet pressure to comply with NIOSH requirements for your respirator. An integral MultiPro™ gas detector monitors the air for CO (carbon monoxide) and the optional O2 sensor can monitor the oxygen level. The MultiPro offers black box recording, calibration reminder and one button automatic calibration as standard features, all within the Travel Panel's durable housing. Additional TravelPanel 50MP accessories include: built-in locking stabilizer legs, a bright red LED strobe, low pressure alarm, a choice of alkaline or rechargeable batteries and a choice of Hansen or Schraeder outlet fittings.

CAPABILITY DESCRIPTION

Output	50 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of purified filtered air.
Filtration	Three (3) stage filtration system removes liquids, oil mist, fine particulates, and odors. Filter efficiency is 99.99% @ .01 microns.
Pressure	Regulated, with 125 psi pressure relief valve.
Connections	Choice of 4 Hansen or Schraeder quick disconnect outlets (3/8").
Monitor	MultiPro CO monitor with optional O2 sensor, automatic black box recorder / datalogging, and calibration reminder.
Calibration	One button auto calibration, no pots to turn or buttons to press to adjust the span.
Alarm Setting	CO 10 ppm, O2 19.5/23.5
Optional Locking Stabilizer Legs keep the TravelPanel steady and upright during operation.
