Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Monitors

Indoor air quality (IAQ) impacts worker comfort and productivity. IAQ investigations address temperature, humidity, air exchanges, air velocity and drafts, workplace lighting and odor control.

Air exchange is typically estimated by following the buildup of CO2 relative to fresh external air. Carbon monoxide (CO) is often monitored because of the frequent use of gas-fired heating and water heaters located in or adjacent to work places and the possibility of leakage of this poisonous, colorless and odorless gas into workplaces.
